HeadquartersElectrostatic powder-coating happens entirely in-house: preparation, chemical pre-treatment, coating and curing — with Qualicoat-certified powders and full batch traceability. Doors, panels and screens are produced, coated and assembled in the same facility, by the same team.
Profiles and panels are cleaned so the coating bonds to sound, bare aluminium — not to dust or residue.
A controlled conversion layer protects the metal and anchors the powder — the invisible step that decides how long a finish lasts.
Charged powder wraps evenly around every edge, groove and relief surface of the profile.
Baked until the powder crosslinks into one continuous skin — hard, colour-fast and weather-tight.
Built into every stage — not checked at the end.
Quality at THIRAL is not a checkpoint at the end of the line. It is built into every stage of production — from profile machining and panel pressing to coating, hardware fitting and the final visual inspection before packing.
The foundation is TDS — THIRAL Door Systems, our own aluminium entrance technology. Thermal insulation, sound reduction and air-, water- and wind-tightness are engineered properties of the system itself, not afterthoughts added to a finished door.
Every door is completed with selected European hardware — Winkhaus and GU locking systems, BKS security cylinders — and leaves Kavala with its full technical dossier.
